Equipment operation mode and main functions
1. Loading and retrieval methods
The float valve adopts a vibrating disc and a flat vibrator for automatic feeding;
The cylinder is fed by a hoist;
The upper and lower covers are automatically fed using vibrating discs and flat vibrators, respectively;
2. Assembly process:
Loading the suspended bottle cylinder → Taking photos to check the direction of the scale line on the cylinder → Adjusting the direction of the scale line to be consistent → Adjusting the height of the cylinder to be consistent → Applying glue to the bottom of the cylinder → Assembling the upper cover component of the suspended bottle with the cylinder → Testing whether the upper cover is assembled and discharged → Transferring to the drying line → Transporting to the rotary table 2 → Negative pressure suction of foreign objects inside the cylinder → Applying glue to the other end of the suspended bottle → Assembling the liquid stop float pad and the lower cover component of the suspended bottle → Pressing and testing whether the lower cover component is assembled Stop valve → Empty station → Defective products are placed in the NG box and discharged to the conveying and drying line → Good products are discharged
3. Main functions
Assembly of upper cover, lower cover, cylinder, and float valve
With air tightness testing:
The equipment has functions for detecting missing and incorrect installation, as well as removing non-conforming products
