A. Feeding machine reclaiming method
a. The lower cover of the drip bucket and the drip core millet are automatically fed using a vibrating plate and a flat feeder, respectively.
b. The drip bucket and filter screen are automatically fed using a vibrating plate and a conveyor.
B. Assembly process:
1 rotary table (8 stations): loading of the drip bucket → feeding of the filter into the drip bucket → testing of the filter screen → gluing of the drip bucket → lower cap assembly of the small two hanging bottles → twice tightening and testing of the lower cap → finished product discharge → waste product discharge
2 turntables (6 stations): loading the lower cap of the small second bottle → leveling the lower cap → dripping core millet adhesive and assembly → air pressure inspection and blockage → waste discharge → finished product discharge
