Equipment operation mode and main functions
1. Loading and retrieval methods
The top cover of the drip bottle adopts a vibrating disc and a flat vibrator for automatic feeding
The filter membrane adopts a full roll feeding method,
The air plug and rubber plug are automatically fed using a vibrating disc and a flat vibrator, respectively
2. Assembly process:
Cover the drip bottle with material → rinse the filter film and install the film → install the air plug (air plug adhesive water) → conduct gas testing → install the air plug (air plug adhesive water) → assemble the rubber plug → hot compress the rubber plug → remove unqualified products → discharge the finished product
3. Main functions:
Assembly of bottle caps, filter membranes, air stoppers, and rubber stoppers
Having air tightness testing;
The equipment has functions for detecting missing and incorrect installation, as well as removing non-conforming products
